Unlock Your Full Human Potential

What is your full human potential? There are some main aspects of what makes up a human life. There has been so many definitions throughout human history of what we are. We can agree on the obvious aspects.. we are a physical body, a form of energy, a brain, thinking mind and consciousness, a spirit, and we have a heart with feelings, qualities and emotions. We have a nature, our human nature - and mostly when talking about our human nature we point to out hearts.

Most human beings want more happiness and stability and we strive for this in many ways. The Five Essential Qualities of the Heart, also known as Wu Xin or Five Xin are Trust, Openness, Love, Gratitude, and True Respect. When these intrinsic qualities are more firmly embedded in our hearts and lives as true states of being, we can say we have a healthy heart, one in which all the positive and uplifted feelings and states of life we can experience as a human being can be realised. They can become a true source of strength from where we can draw upon our unlimited creativity to experience a fulfilling life, both internally and externally. How often have we truly paid attention to the state of our hearts?
